RANT!!!

Ok today is a day for ranting!  Feel free to rant with me!  I am a very open person, and when I choose to tell you something about my life, I am choosing to tell you not, that I am choosing you to tell me negative things about the decision I made.  I KNOW that this is an extreme diet, I KNOW that there is a possibility that I could fail in the end! I DON'T need people telling me this!  Instead, I should be supported whether you agree with my decision or not because, I would encourage you not put you down!  Being on a diet is hard enough, then to have people, that you shouldn't really care about their opinions, telling you negative things just brings more negative and hardship on the diet! UGH!!!  I have learned my lesson no more telling people anything but my VERY close friends and family!  Geez!

Other than that, diet is going well!  Feel free to rant today!

  2. I have been following your posts because I am about to start the Weightnot program. I honestly have only told my boyfriend and one of my close friends because I worry about the negative feedback that I will get. The most important thing is that you are doing this for yourself and that you are happy with your decision. Whatever happened to the saying "if you dont have anything nice to say then dont say anything at all"? People dont seem to take that into consideration anymore. I commend you for taking control of you weight. Just stick with the diet and don't worry about the negativity.

  3. I just found this blog. I started WeightNot last week and am down 4 pounds so far. Today the "cleanse" part of the teas hit me, so I might be down more than usual tomorrow. I have a friend who works at Reveal, and she got to do it when it was first introduced. She lost 20 lbs and loves the program. I am hungry a lot, still, but determined to do this. Losing weight is never easy and in many cases, we do it for ourselves not for anyone else. You have to be happy in your own skin, right? I also haven't told anyone I'm doing it, for fear of the reactions. I say, go, Nicole!

  4. I know how this feels. I have my first weightnot appointment on the 10th and some of the people I have told about it have given me lectures. It drives me nuts! We are adults and fully capable of making decisions for ourselves! Thank you so much for writing this blog. I cant wait to start the program and hope I am as successful as you!
