Progresso. It was the 0 fat kind and surprisingly it still had a good amount of flavor. I need to find some different things though. I know I will get bored here shortly with this stuff.
I am going walking/jogging on my treadmill tonight. My goal: 1.5 - 2 miles. We will see how it goes. I have the iPod doc on it so I will just stick it in and jam!
I am hoping to start posting vids soon of the different exercises that I do at home with free weights, a stability ball, and body bands. I hope that I can inspire some others to get healthy with me. It can be rather lonely, but working with at least one partner helps push us to find our goal that much quicker.
