Final Week!!!!

So, I have been doing rather well.

HOWEVER, I screwed up somewhere. I was supposed to have injections until the end of the week, but for some reason, I only had enough until Sunday. Which is no problem, I got in touch with my coordinator and she had me follow the last day procedures, which is continue on the 500 calories for three days after the last injection, and then bump my calories up after that. We are keeping my appointment the same, which is this coming Monday, to get all the details for the transition period. I am so proud of myself. I have done rather well in my opinion.

Total amount lost is…………

22.2 lbs

So, that’s only 14.2 lbs left to reach my goal weight. I am worried about eating more calories and possibly gaining weight. But, I hope as long as I exercise, I should be ok.

So, Andrea is in her first week of the WeightNot program and requested that I give some tips to help with the diet. The diet is not easy, you have to have extreme will power but it does get easier as long as you do not deviate from the diet. Here is what my day looks like:

8:00 am – I have already had a full glass of water

9:00-9:30 – I eat my melba toast with my vitamins

10:30 – I eat my first fruit

11:45 – I eat my lean meat and cup of vegetables

1:00 – I take my second round of vitamins

2:30 – I eat my second piece of melba toast

5:30 – I eat my second round of lean meat and cup of vegetables

7:00 – I have my second piece of fruit

8:30 – BED!!

Going to bed and lots of water is key! I make sure I always have water on me and I get to sleep. I am one of those people, that the longer I am up the more hungry I become. Also, when I make dinner the night before, I make an extra serving for my lunch the next day. I plan, plan, plan. I know it is hard to stick to this diet but, you will not see results unless you do. Try your hardest! And spread out your foods through out the day. It helps, plus I am a really busy person that it makes it difficult to think about food. But trust me. As long as you don’t cheat it does become easier not to deviate.

  3. Nicole,

I’m proud of you and your progress. Thanks for sharing your journey with all of us. I was considering the Weightnot program but was concerned about the safety of the injections and possible side effects. I see by your great results that it works but how do you feel and have you noticed anything that would prevent you from recommending the Weightnot plan? One last thing, have you noticed that the Weigtnot progam targets certain fat or certain areas. I’m certain that with any weight loss program you lose everywhere but I need to lose primarily from my legs and arms and keep the boobs. :)
